My name is Jennifer Lynch. I started Jenny's Mobile Pet Service 18 years ago when a grooming client at the Grooming Salon I worked at asked if I could Pet Sit their three dogs and other small pets. At that time I had been grooming pets for 3 years. I have been slowly been building up my clientele over the years since.
Eight and a half years ago I had a client call the grooming shop in Rockledge, Pa. I worked at to say that she was now homebound. She then asked if I could come to her home to groom her dog. It has slowly expanded since then.
Grooming a pet at home can be less stressful for the pet. It could be that the owner isn't always able to get their pet to a grooming salon. This can be due to personal reasons or their work schedule. I offer reasonable rates!

I am also a member of the National Dog Groomers Association of America (NDGAA)
and National Cat Groomers Institute of America (NCGIA).
I am currently attending webinars through the National Groomers Cat Groomers Institute of America (NCGIA) to learn new techniques for grooming cats.
I also attend trainings at the two trade shows I attend each year to further my knowledge and increase the variety of techniques I use for grooming and caring for your pets. At every opportunity I get, I also get recertified in Pet First Aid & CPR
I have been working in the pet grooming industry for 20 years. I started working for Mr. Bob Staples at Bob's Pet Stop in 1994. I started out as an apprentice and worked my way to the position of manager. I continued to work for the business through two changes in ownership of the business over the time that I worked there before going strictly mobile at the beginning of 2014.
I plan to continue growing the business by continuing to provide professional mobile pet grooming. I also plan to continue my education as a professional and seek out new techniques, ideas, and equipment & supplies to better serve you my current or future clients.
About David Lynch
Jennifer’s husband David is the other member of the Jenny’s Mobile Pet Service team. David’s areas of responsibility are maintaining the web site, certain aspects of the Jenny’s Mobile Pet Service Facebook page, weekly cleaning of the exterior of the vehicles used by Jenny’s Mobile Pet Service, some procurement of supplies, and some office related duties. David is also trained in Pet First Aid & CPR.
David is a firm believer in continuing education. He is currently expanding his knowledge on the business aspects of mobile pet grooming. As of May 1, 2015 David made the change to a more active role in the pet sitting and dog walking aspects of Jenny’s Mobile Pet Service. David can also be found attending classes periodically at the various trade shows that he and Jennifer attend, as well as studying at home through books and videos on the grooming side of the business.
David entered the pet care industry in June of 2014 upon the purchase of the Jenny’s Mobile Pet Service mobile grooming van. At this time, David’s responsibilities keep him primarily behind the scenes and normally not involved in any areas involving pets. Periodically you may find him riding along on grooming.
David studied Auto Mechanics in high school and served as a volunteer firefighter in Somerdale, NJ. These things give David the ability to advise Jennifer on certain aspects of the vehicles that she uses even though he personally does not service them. His experience at the fire department included preparing the fire trucks for parades, as a result, he brought this knowledge to Jenny’s Mobile Pet Service, which he now uses to keep our vehicles clean as the weather permits. He also regularly monitors the weather in the event that it becomes necessary to invoke our Bad Weather Policy.
David does aid Jennifer at public events promoting Jenny’s Mobile Pet Service. David has had some work experience in marketing which gives him some knowledge on ways and ideas on how to promote Jenny’s Mobile Pet Service. If David isn’t walking around the various events taking pictures, you can find him manning the table helping promote Jenny’s Mobile Pet Service.
